Discussion on Greek organic yogurt. The panel discusses being wise in shopping choices and making sure packages state that you are buying organic if in deed you are purchasing at higher prices. The audience members appear to really be enjoying this dish. Mario informs us that Sriracha is not an Asian condiment but comes from California.
After The View Chew: This soup looks souper duper good! Who knew that Sriracha is not Asian Authentic. Anyone else shocked??

Group Round Table
Clinton opens with the most popular Campbell's soups: Chicken Noodle, Tomato, and Cream of Mushroom. Clinton reminisces on being a boy and coming home after playing outside in the cold and having a warm bowl of Campbell's.

Feed Well Magazine is mentioned as it discussed foods that loose their nutrients. Orange juice after it has been open a week looses all it's antioxidants. Green tea and olive oil have no nutritious value after 6 months. Daphene chimed in suggesting to try to shop fresh and at local markets.

The audience is speaking! Clinton features a fan who created his dishes and posted them on his Facebook page. Amanda Fawcett-Swanlund from Los Angeles Carson's chicken pot pies.

After The Chew View: The antioxidant discussion was very interesting, throwing out the 10 day old orange juice right now!

Daphene's Power of Food
There is a debate raging over antioxidants. Keri Glassman, author of the O2 Diet, joins Daphene to discuss. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals and other compounds that fight free radicals. Free radicals are produced from the natural process of aging, the sun, pollution, and stress. Antioxidants are the good guys, Free radicals are the bad guys.

Here are some of the cheapest and best "Superfoods" which are stocked with antioxidants:
Black Beans, Blueberries, Kale, and Pecans.

Today's Special Tip
Carla took used tea bags, tied them to a spoon over a special pot of soup and used them as a tool to add more deliciousness to any pot.

This segment features the most delicious food stories from across the country.
