After The Chew Table (Sampling The Chew Dishes)

Mario's Eggs in Hell a.k.a. Heavenly Eggs Italiano
We Put Mario's Dish to the Test!

This dish would make the perfect Brunch addition, it's Italian notes were a show stopper. The price point was close to nothing. I had all the ingredients I needed except the sauce and the cheese. So my bill came to $7. All the ingredients to the recipe would have run about $18 total.

Meal Review and Completion
I started with sauteed garlic and onion in extra virgin olive oil and then added the sauce. I then added 5 eggs to the sauce and let the dish cook. Lastly the cheese went on top. This was the most simple yet delicious meal I've made thus far on After The Chew.  I substituted fresh grated Parmesan for my cheese of choice and marinara for tomato sauce. I also opted against the jalapenos, we don't do spicy to well around here. Based on the look of the dish from the show, I knew that I would enjoy it. To my surprise, my husband also really loved it although it combined flavors that were in our book wouldn't likely be companions.  This dish will surely make it's way to my table again and again.
Total Prep Time: 5 Minutes.
Total Cooking Time:  20 Minutes.
Approximate Cost Per Serving: $3.50
